Cédrick is a seasoned project and change manager in the Insurance and Bank-Insurance industry with a strong focus on process optimization.
He has a solid background in operations and project and change management with a trackrecord at ING, NN, Fidea and BNP. He concerned himself with Life insurance as well as P&C and EB. As a lean black-belt he is currently coaching several teams at Allianz in their change.
“I love having impact! I get a kick out of looking back and saying: “Wow, what an achievement. Customers will be better served and employees will be happier!”. I get my energy from helping people and organizations to move from A to B. In other words to ensure they embrace the change journey with enthusiasm while obtaining the committed business results.
I strongly believe that delivering projects, deploying changes… is about people. Hence, it is crucial for me to take care of all stakeholders when I’m leading a department or a transformation. I fully recognize this same vision at Oxygen. That is why we have joined forces to support the insurance industry in their transformation to more customer focus and efficiency.”
When Cédrick doesn’t lead transformations, he spends his time with his wife and his 8-year old daughter. He also invests his energy in managing a small school, as board member: “participating in the education of kids and preparing them for the challenges of adult life is so exciting”. Finally, you will probably meet him in some restaurant enjoying time with his best friends.
