After seven years’ experience as a broker, Steffi was ready for the next step in the insurance world. The mentality at Oxygen, the family atmosphere and the smooth, open communication were a huge attraction for her, right from the first interview. Full of ambition and motivation to contribute to the changes in the sector, she gets to work with motivation.
‘The sector has seen an enormous evolution in the seven years I’ve been working in it, and the demand for professionals is high. Companies are facing big changes, and together with Oxygen we can do our bit to transform the market to meet the demands of tomorrow. That is what we do it for!’
In her spare time, Steffi enjoys spending time with and for her family, and helping out in her partner’s business. She also has a great passion for art where she loves being creative in her studio or dealing in other people’s art. She lives in Limburg’s fruit region, where she can enjoy long walks with the dog or quiet summer evenings in the garden.
