Thomas Meersman has an extensive knowledge in insurance. He has worked 7 years at a large insurance broker where he got to know different types of insurance policies. Afterwards he led a team of administrators HealthCare for VMOB SOHO. He was responsible for as well Production as Claims. Using continuous improvement, he managed to reduce and eliminate a big backlog.
Since January 2018, Thomas is active as a consultant where he has taken up roles as Business Process Analyst and Team leader ad interim.
