Last Friday, we kicked off 2026 at The Architect in Lennik. 🥂

We took the time to reflect on a strong 2025. Continued growth, solid results, expanding our client portfolio, strengthening our Leadership & Homebase Team ... Yes, we made our ambition of "Navigating the Future. Together" a fact ✅

But a kick-off is about more than looking back. We also set clear ambitions for 2026. Focused choices. This year, we will be "Playing to our strengths" as individuals, as teams and as Oxygen; continuing to build impact for our clients and for each other. 💪
