Lockdowns, restricted contacts, home office and video meetings,…  we live in extraordinary times, where it’s hard to maintain our social contacts, personally and professionally. Yet, it is so important to find support in each other, especially these days.

At Oxygen we discussed the best way to organize a team event where fun and safety goes hand in hand. We came up with a boat trip and dinner in the beautiful region of ‘het Scheldeland’.

What followed was an evening full of interesting interactions, meeting new colleagues and charming views on the banks of ‘de Schelde’, all in a safe environment.

We hope that in this way we can keep our team spirit high in difficult times. Because only with a strong and happy team we can chase our dream of transforming insurers and brokers to become more efficient, transparent and customer-friendly.
