About Oxygen
The insurance sector is evolving rapidly. Becoming more digital, more complex and more demanding. At Oxygen, we support this transformation by combining people, expertise and impact to help build the insurance sector of tomorrow.
Within the Marine Insurance Graduates Program, Oxygen partners with ABAM BVT and Becobra, two established and highly specialised players in Marine Insurance. This close collaboration allows us to blend consulting know-how with deep sector expertise, offering graduates hands-on experience, targeted training and real exposure to the international marine insurance ecosystem.
At Oxygen, growth starts with people. By working together with strong partners and investing in guidance, learning and responsibility from day one, we help ambitious graduates build a sustainable and meaningful career in Marine Insurance.

What will you be doing?
As a Marine Insurance Graduate, you will start your career alongside other recent graduates with an interest in the Marine Insurance sector. Over the course of one year, you will combine three different projects with various players within Marine Insurance, complemented by intensive training moments.
You will work on three consecutive projects with partners such as insurers, brokers or underwriters. This gives you a broad view of the Marine Insurance ecosystem and allows you to develop both technical expertise and professional skills.
During the program, you will be guided by an experienced Oxygen coach, who will support you in your growth from starter to fully-fledged professional within Marine Insurance.
After completing the program, you will move on to a permanent position at one of our partners within the Marine Insurance sector.
