Concept of the program

Making the transition from student to consultant is quite a step. The Young Talent Program supports you in this challenge. After 6 months you will be a proud professional Oxygen consultant!

Academy

Getting the hang of the insurance industry and the job of consultant during our extensive training program.

Be immersed in the world of insurance. We help you to understand the role of consultant and guid you through the basic processes and structures of insurance. What exactly does your role as a consultant entail? How do you deal with clients and how do you best approach your assignment? You will learn it all in the extensive training program spread over the first few months.

Guidance

Start your first assignments under the wings of experienced mentors.

Exciting! You will get to work at an insurance company, broker or work on a project led by Oxygen. But of course you are not on your own: your project mentor will closely follow up on you and you can always contact your personal mentor. The Oxygen Homebase supports you in all practical matters and you regularly exchange experiences with your colleagues. You never walk alone!

Inspiration

A good consultant wants to be inspired in order to inspire others. In our young talent program we facilitate inspiration.

We surround you with experienced colleagues, we organize regular growth days where you can learn from and share thoughts with the other young talents and we stimulate you to provide us with feedback. Doing so we can make impact. Always together.

Do you feel at ease in the operations departments at insurers, helping the customers directly?
