Kickstart your professional career as a consultant in the insurance industry via our Oxygen Talent Program. Get unique opportunities to work with the best insurance companies in Belgium while receiving on-the-job training for six months, tailored to you and your needs.
What does our program look like?
We are looking for young professionals to join our Talent Program in October 2023.
The program includes:
- A dedicated mentor to support you in your career
- Introduction and training on the insurance industry in Belgium, and beyond
- Client projects for real insurance companies, supervised by your mentor
- Career path guidance, based on your talents and interests

What will your day look like after the program?
Project consulting :
- Implementation, optimization and migration of core management applications
- Optimization of processes and making them more efficient
- Digitalization and robotization
Insurance consulting :
- Claims handling: you evaluate and handle new or existing claims
- Underwriting: You evaluate, tariff and underwrite new proposals
- Change agent: next to your operational role you review existing processes and systems at the customer and think about how to increase efficiency and customer focus
Do you have what it takes?
- Recognizing yourself in the Oxygen core values is a MUST: Collaborative – Positive – Hands-on – Open-minded – result-driven
- You are obtaining or have obtained your Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferably in an economic or scientific field
- You combine an analytical approach with good communication skills
- Someone who is flexible and can easily adapt to new environments
- Languages? You have good knowledge of Dutch and French
