What will you be doing?
As a Young Talent you will start your career together with other recent graduates. In our program you combine projects at our clients with plenty of training moments. This way you will be prepared to become a topnotch consultant! Our experienced mentors are looking forward to guide you through this process with great pleasure and enthusiasm.
At the end of the program we evaluate together what your strengths, capabilities and ambitions are. Depending on this we determine together your further growth path as a consultant.

Who are you?

You are obtaining or have obtained your Master’s degree preferably in an economic or scientific field
You combine an analytical approach with good communication skills
Someone who is flexible and can easily adapt to new environments
Languages? You have good knowledge of Dutch & French
