Nele has been working in the insurance consulting business for almost 20 years. She has led several major programs in the role of program manager and has been a member of the management team of consulting firms for many years. She thrives in a context that calls for leadership, insight, drive, and sustainable transformation.

When out of the office, Nele likes to spend as much time as possible with her husband and children in sunny Portugal. She is a board member of the local primary school and tries to keep her activity levels up by doing weekly bootcamp sessions.
