What will you do?

We are looking for a dedicated Functional Analyst who will play a key role in gathering, analyzing and translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our client’s projects meet business objectives and deliver value to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications and user stories.
  • Design and document workflows, data models and system architectures
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with functional specifications
  • Assist in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of functional requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the implementation phase
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Economics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong technical affinity
  • Proficiency in tools and techniques related to functional analysis, such as use cases, process flow diagrams, and data modeling
  • At least basic understanding of various technologies: SQL,  XML, UML & SDLC tooling
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
