What will you do?
We are looking for a dedicated Functional Analyst who will play a key role in gathering, analyzing and translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our client’s projects meet business objectives and deliver value to their clients.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and document workflows, data models and system architectures
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with functional specifications
- Assist in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of functional requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the implementation phase
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Economics or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong technical affinity
- Proficiency in tools and techniques related to functional analysis, such as use cases, process flow diagrams, and data modeling
- At least basic understanding of various technologies: SQL, XML, UML & SDLC tooling
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
