2022 was all about health and sport.
- In the spring we were inspired by top sports coach Paul Van Den Bosch. He taught us the importance of exercise and sleep.
- Subsequently, each of us was screened at EnergyLab. We underwent a fitness test and a body scan
- From then on: train towards a Boost challenge
- Because health is not just exercise, Oxygen called in a nutrition expert to also give us nutritional advice
- In September it was time for our 3 Boost challenges:
- Running: 10 miles running in Ghent
- Cycling: 88 km cycling together with Livinusbike
- VikingRun: our vikings conquered no less than 32 obstacles during a 13 km course! OORAH!
